Who here is tired of the construction noise in the buildings in Hong Kong? 

Our building has a few apartments under renovation and they are using jack hammers and creating loud noise disturbances.  My wife and I are not sure how to stop the consturction noise in our HK building?

Is there anyone out there that knows what to do or who to complain to in the HK Governement about construction or building noise?  What are the rules and regulations?  Can they be stopped to only do construction during certain hours?

Because its starting to drive us crazy !  and other tenants in the building feel the same.
