This is like a trade secret to all agents but well, nowadays answers are everywhere. I believe getting ads on the newspaper is the most common tools for all agents reason being this has a higher possiblity of getting a direct and it reaches to many.

i would recommend 2 district for you to consider:-

District 08, little india. This area has is a mixture of all classes of indians, this is also where the famous 24 hours shopping mall MUSTAFA is located.

District 15, St Patrict. The is a area you will find good food and schools. St Patrict is also near to one of our sinagapore famous relaxing East Coast where you can find some of the sports and recreations facilities.
