[For Real Estate Agents] Which Handphone Model Are You Using for Your Real Estate Needs?

I'm personally a fan of Windows Mobile and have been using HTC Magician (O2 Mini) since then. Over the period of time I've grew so comfortable with Pocket PCs (PPC) that I haven't been swapping for something else.

My current phone is the HTC Touch PRO which is my previous Dopod's 838Pro upgrade. The sliding form factor, the size of the ROM and the CPU speed was what made my decision to get the Touch PRO.

I use Outlook to organise my schedules and appointments and always have it sync to my phone on daily basis. Here comes the question.

What handphone are you using, and why?

Be it iPhone, any version of PPCs or even Symbian phones like Nokia Communicators.. lets share :)

[For Real Estate Agents] Any Good Tax Solutions for Property Agents?

Uh oh, it's time to file for tax again, and if you haven't heard about it, you could defer your payment for your tax for 3 months because of Package Resilience.

Now as agents, most of us are self employed businessmen who're contracted by our property agencies to market properties. Thus business costs such as treats to customers for dinners, advertisings, buying of business items like lap tops are tax deductible.

I know it's always messy to do everyone in a shot when it's time to file for them. Does any of our fellow group have any solutions, like any softwares that you're using to keep track of your own balance sheet?

Any thing nice to recommend? Or how do you usually deal with your tax declaration?

[Financing] Is This a Good Time to Refinance Your Properties?

I've a number of clients who're taking this chance to refinance their home mortgages with the banks to take advantage of the low interest rates the banks are offering now (especially those packages that are pegged to SIBOR rates)

Problem with many who wants to try is that they'll have a penalty charge to the old package which they signed up for, and doesn't make sense to either change bank or different type of low interest offer which the same bank might offer.

Any good mobile bankers/ finance bankers here to give advice on this?

[For Real Estate Agents] District 15 - Which is the best condominium development?

Now for agent friends who specialises in District 15 (East Coast)

Which is the best project that is residing here? The Belvedere? The Esta? The Seaview? One Amber? Grand Duchess at St Patrick's? Or maybe something which isn't listed.

Let me know your thoughts and why! :)
