    附：天然氧吧里的优雅餐厅--四季御园生态园

    周末，我们一行人驾车前往玉泉山脚下的四季御园生态园，穿过主城区，驶上五环一直向西向西就到了。从外表看，生态园餐厅和普通的建筑不同，它用白色的有机玻璃和钢结构搭建而成，是个巨大的温棚。据说，清朝的时候这个地方种的都是皇帝吃的蔬菜，所以被称为"御园"。现在，生态园餐厅的后面有一大片菜地，仍然种植绿色有机蔬菜，供前来生态园的宾客食用。21世纪的我们，享受的也是皇帝待遇嘛！

    推门进去后，立刻被满眼的绿色惊呆了，仿佛置身绿意盎然的森林之中。大家突然都变成了兴奋的小孩，忘记了吃饭的事而是在园子里东奔西跑的观赏各种漂亮的植物。

    生态园餐厅大概有12000平方米，完全可以坐下1000多人。

    整个生态园仿造园林风格制造，有亭台和小桥。弯弯的"溪水"将散客区分割开来，一来各桌吃饭的客人不会相互影响，二来给人一种置身于园林的逼真感觉，设计得巧妙而实用。

    真凑巧，我们赶上一对新人举行婚礼，值得介绍的是生态园的婚礼场地布置的非常别致，翠绿的绣球、洁白的白掌------花卉经过精心的组合与造型，在阳光下散发出即高贵又清新的迷人气息。以绣球、白掌为创意核心，婚礼布置采用经典的白绿色系，各处细节配合生态园的色调非常协调统一，不带一丝媚俗，使整个场地被纯净的优雅气氛笼罩，将世俗的喧嚣隔绝，让置身其中的新人与宾客获得一份难得的舒畅惬意的心境。
   
    这里一共种植大约300种绿色植物，有南方常见的棕榈树，也有沙漠中生长的仙人掌，还有漂亮的白色马蹄莲。根据服务员介绍，这里有专门护理植物的园丁，所以它们每天都看起来绿油油的，倍儿精神，充满了生机和活力，我们忍不住纷纷拿起手机合影留念。因为植物的光合作用，吸收二氧化碳放出氧气，生态园就是一个天然氧吧，试着深呼吸几下就感到身体无比舒畅，脚步也轻盈起来。这种享受在北京市区任何一个餐厅都是找不到的。就冲这一点，我们大老远的跑来也值了。除了花花草草，这里还挂着很多鸟笼子，养着黄莺、鹦鹉、画眉还有鹩哥，呵呵，真是鸟语花香。
   
    逛够了发觉有点饿，方才想起自己今天来的目的：吃饭。生态园餐厅有个开放式展台，那里摆放着当天制作的样品菜，水池里有鲑鱼、石斑鱼、基围虾等各种鲜活的水产品，还有专业的服务员为每位客人介绍各种菜品的味道和特色。蔬菜是生态园自己种的，海鲜都是活的，原料的质量可以保证，再加上这里大厨的高超手艺，菜的味道自然很不错。
   
    这里给大家介绍两种特色菜。"法式银鳕鱼"：外表被炸成金黄色，内部多汁，酥嫩多肉，蒜香的味道也刚刚好。这道菜不但美味，营养价值也非常高。红酒露白骨：就是加入红酒烹制成的猪小排，味道微甜，很有嚼劲。还有美味的五谷杂粮黑豆花、糟香鹅肝、大厨双味鲜鱿......要是觉得美景美酒佳肴还不够，还可以请餐厅的专业蒙古歌手来助助兴，她们的"祝酒歌"唱得很好，婉转高亢。

    还有一种蝎原肽养生酒，对风湿、肿瘤癌症遗传史、青春痘与各种脓疮(外敷）、乳腺、子宫肿瘤等有辅助的食疗效果！酒质甘醇、回味微甜、清香浓郁、色泽金黄。无论是空口细品，还是佐餐小饮，全然没有其它有些药酒的难以入口下咽之感，引得众多消费者大为感叹：难得喝到这么爽口的养生酒!
