Bad Management
For anyone out there thinking to rent an apartment in Hang Tak building, my advise to you will be that you don't. We had a major noise disturbance issue during the last 4 of our stay in that building, we called the police on several different occasions to complain but were unsucessful, the police simply stated that the neighbours denied causing any disturbance furthermore they told us it would be better if next time we just call the management company to report the matter. We tried to approach the upstairs nieghbours to talk to them ourselves but got the door slammed on our faces. We finally went to the building management with our problem instead of helping us they told us to just do what we are doing and call the police.For months we went back and forth with this issue.
We were happily living in this building for 14 months before the noise problem started but at the end we got tired and moved out.
Funny there was never any construction work going on upper floors, just occupants that got pleasure from making others lives miserable.
Sad that the world we live in consist of such ruthless and selfish individuals
