觀塘麗港城-租客＆AGENT請注意！！！

ingcw ng	2010年至2011年7月，我租了麗港城37座H室一930多平方尺單位，每月租金為HKD17500。業主硬要AGENT唔收佣金，最後成功唔俾AGENT佣！果個AGENT一肚氣！之後，租用期間，單位問題簡列如下： 1．單位全部水喉出生繡水，要自加濾水器才可用水！ 2．暖水爐用左15－20年，無得換零件，冬天熱水時有時無。 3．浴室簾鐵通多次从高處墮下。 4．廚房櫃無門，洗衣機製漏水。。。 5．廳走廊天花燈跌落。。。租用期後，業主仲要扣起１６,０００蚊－話修補牆上兩粒glue stickers, 同兩塊地板有小小花痕.小額錢債"又費時更傷財!	10:11 PM 03 Sep 2011
