Just wanted to start a discussion about Robot Traffic for real estate sites.  Beware of many 'Asian Sites' that claim 'High Traffic'

Key indicators of Fake/Robot traffic: 

• Huge Spikes in Traffic


• Average Page Views Greater than 15/20 page views per user. - If a site is showing 90 / 100 avg page views per visitor - Then its a Robot

Check - www.alexa.com

and type in the site you want to learn more about - Its not perfect but gives you and idea of what is happening. 

its a free website tracking service - Just wanted to give agents an indicator so they dont have to be a 'GURU' to figure out if you are being decieved...

Remember what is important for agents is LEADS - not inflated or fake traffic.....

also remember, high traffic may not be the right traffic.  so check out where sites advertise

- Bus Stations good for low income

- Luxury Magazines good for high income

Quality & Leads is more important that fake quantity.
