Florence Residences condo former Florence Regency

Florence Residences will be the face-lifted Florence Regency HUDC that was successfully en bloc in the third quarter of 2017.
The new Florence Road condo offers a magnificent 270 degrees unblocked views, overlooking the landed homes around it. Florence Residences condo is designed around the concept of a club condominium where lifestyles are brought to a next level. Though club concept condos are not uncommon nowadays in Singapore, this is definitely one of the first, if not the first in a sub urban area.
The 389,236 sq ft site has a plot ratio of 2.8 and that means Florence Residences price at break even will work out to $842 per square feet per plot ratio(psf ppr). Compared to the recent successful collective sale of another HUDC Serangoon Ville, now Affinity at Serangoon, Florence Residences is slightly cheaper.
