I think the CNY should bring better luck for 2009 !  Reports are showing many property buyers who are interested in buying properties that are now priced at deep discount! - Also, landlords are dropping thier prices 10%/15% below their reduced pricies!

Hi Neighbors !

My name is George and I wanted to start a building discussion forum so we can get together with thoughts on how to improve Belmont Garden and get building management to make some improvements that we all want.

I love the buildings location !  but would like to see some improvements as the buiding is getting old: 

> My thoughts are on a new entry box to make it faster to get into the building.

> Also, would be nice if the stairs coming into the building from Arbuthnot had easier access for older people

> Also, throwing out the trash in the stairwells while convenient - It would be nice to have a garbage pail.

Let me know your thoughts on improving the building - and we can collectively bargain with the building management to make the improvements to make a better place to live.

The building management will be participating in the Bellmount Garden discussion group.
