The estimate valuation is at the range $315k to $330k

Hi all agents
I am staying at blk 935 Yishun. how much can my unit sell? its at high flr renovated
near mrt northpoint and u know wat, there is a nice chicken stall (white color oil oil skin)...and also got indian movie
a lot of pple come here and eat and the stall owner says bryan ong and kymm come also say very good.
