Is Food Factory a good investment in Singapore?

Singapore government's continued efforts to assist firms in innovating, adopting new technology, and staying ahead of developing market trends bode well for the food sector. By 2025, Singapore is expected to have become a significant food and nutrition centre in Asia, therefore efforts are being made to modernize the sector, boost productivity, create new employment, and establish the country as a regional leader.

Rapid urbanization, population expansion, shifting consumer habits, technological progress, and growing affluence are just some of the worldwide dynamics that will continue to reshape the food business.

In today's economic world, disruption is the norm. Even the food production sector is feeling the effects. According to a recent report by Colliers on Singapore's industrial property market, the city-state is experiencing a surge in the number of food manufacturing facilities, especially in areas close to the city center and in more established food manufacturing zones like MacPherson, Pandan Loop, and Bedok North.

Height restrictions apply between levels 1 and 43 (4.5 m) and levels 5 and 10 (3.3 m).

A dedicated elevator for both raw and cooked foods is included, as is necessary for a modern, high-quality food processing plant.

Contiguous walls between units may be removed to facilitate unit consolidation. That's why the units are adaptable and user-driven.

CT Foodnex was created to simplify the logistics of transporting food, machinery, and other related goods. The driveway is thus rather spacious in width. The straight width of the ramp is around 7.5 meters at the first floor, and then about 11 or 12 meters at the next floor up.

The roadway on floors 2–4 is around 9m, whereas on floors 5–10, it's just about 7m.

CT FoodNex's frontal accessibility is one of its most distinctive advantages. Ground-floor flats are reached through a 40-foot shipping container. Two-story and four-story buildings welcome 20-foot trailers at their front doors. Vans, cab-stars, refrigerating trucks, and 7.5-ton rigid frame transporters can reach units on floors 5 through 10 of a building.
